Off The Peg Returns / Delivery Policies
All merchandise has to be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery with a copy of the sales receipt. All merchandise has to have the coding tags attached and be in immediate resalable condition. You will then be eligible for an exchange or store credit. No cash or credit/debit card refunds will be given.
(due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange or offer a credit on items of jewellery)
If a customer is not at the location specified to take delivery of their items these items will be picked up by OTP from Sprint office. (The customer is able to call Sprint directly on 949-0262 with any queries on delivery times). OTP will hold these items for 7 days after which point the items will be put back into stock and the customer will be given a shop credit for the amount. The customer will not be given a credit for the shipping charges.
OTP will not take responsibility of delays or incidents that are under the responsibility of Sprint.
